This Sweepstakes is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by Toyota Motor North America, Toyota Financial Services, Meta, Facebook, Instagram or any other social-media platform unless expressly stated otherwise.
Open only to legal residents who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
Employees, officers and directors of Sponsor and its affiliated companies, advertising/promotional agencies, and members of their immediate households/families are not eligible.
Additional eligibility restrictions may apply as stated in these Official Rules.
The Sweepstakes ends September 26, 2026, Eastern Time (the “Sweepstakes Period”). Entries received outside the Sweepstakes Period are not eligible.
There is no purchase, vehicle sale or vehicle appraisal required to enter or win. Eligible participants may enter using either of the following free methods:

Mail-in entries must be postmarked and received during the Sweepstakes Period. No purchase, appraisal or vehicle transaction is required.
LIMIT: ONE (1) SWEEPSTAKES ENTRY PER ELIGIBLE PERSON.
All entry methods have equal dignity and an equal chance of winning. Selling a vehicle to Cramer does not provide additional Sweepstakes entries or increase the entrant’s odds of winning. Incomplete, illegible, late, mechanically reproduced, automated or fraudulent entries may be disqualified.
Cramer is separately offering free vehicle appraisals and purchasing vehicles throughout Central Pennsylvania. Obtaining an appraisal or selling a vehicle to Cramer is not required to enter the Sweepstakes and does not increase an entrant’s odds of winning. Customers interested in selling their vehicles may use the Cramer vehicle submission form separately from Sweepstakes entry.
There will be THREE (3) WINNERS. Each winner will receive a promotional lease on the winner’s choice of an eligible participating:
Vehicle selection is limited to participating 2026 models, trims and colors designated by Sponsor and available for this promotion at the time of prize fulfillment.

Vehicle availability is not guaranteed by model, trim, equipment or color. Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if an advertised prize becomes unavailable, subject to applicable law.
Three potential winners will be selected by random drawing from all eligible entries received.

Potential winners must respond promptly after notification. Failure to respond, inability to verify eligibility, refusal of the prize or failure to complete required documentation may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.
Winners are responsible for all costs and obligations not expressly included in the prize, including as applicable:
Prize may not be transferred or redeemed for cash except where Sponsor expressly permits or applicable law requires.
Winners are solely responsible for applicable federal, state and local taxes arising from acceptance of a prize unless otherwise expressly stated. Sponsor may issue applicable tax documentation as required by law.
Sponsor reserves the right, subject to applicable law, to disqualify individuals who tamper with the entry process, violate these Official Rules, attempt to obtain entries fraudulently or interfere with the administration of the Sweepstakes.
Sponsor reserves the right to suspend, modify or cancel the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, events beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control or other circumstances materially impair the integrity of the promotion, subject to applicable law.
Information collected for Sweepstakes administration will be used to administer the Sweepstakes, verify eligibility, contact potential winners and fulfill prizes. Entering the Sweepstakes does not enroll an entrant in marketing SMS communications. Any consent to receive promotional calls, texts or emails is requested separately and handled in accordance with applicable law. See Cramer’s Privacy Policy for additional information.
Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for Sponsor to use a winner’s name, likeness and prize information for promotional purposes without additional compensation. Any releases and limitations of liability are subject to applicable law.
