Customers who complete a qualifying vehicle sale to Cramer during the promotional period may qualify for a participating Toyota lease for $297/month*, subject to all eligibility requirements, approved credit, participating vehicle availability and the complete terms below.

The purchase price Cramer pays for the customer’s vehicle is determined separately based on Cramer’s appraisal and agreement with the seller. The customer’s vehicle sale should not be represented as a hidden down payment toward the promotional lease unless that is actually how the transaction is structured and properly disclosed. Any customer equity applied toward the lease must be accurately reflected in the applicable lease disclosures.

Do not publish the $297/month offer until every bracketed lease term above has been completed. Federal Regulation M requires a lease advertisement stating a payment amount to disclose that the transaction is a lease, the total due at signing/delivery, number/amount/timing of payments, security-deposit requirement and applicable end-of-term liability; disclosures must be clear and conspicuous.
