This Sweepstakes is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by Toyota Motor North America, Toyota Financial Services, Meta, Facebook, Instagram or any other social-media platform unless expressly stated otherwise.

Employees, officers and directors of Sponsor and its affiliated companies, advertising/promotional agencies, and members of their immediate households/families are not eligible.

LIMIT: ONE (1) SWEEPSTAKES ENTRY PER ELIGIBLE PERSON [PER SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD – CONFIRM FINAL LIMIT].
All entry methods have equal dignity and an equal chance of winning. Selling a vehicle to Cramer does not provide additional Sweepstakes entries or increase the entrant’s odds of winning. Incomplete, illegible, late, mechanically reproduced, automated or fraudulent entries may be disqualified.
Cramer is separately offering free vehicle appraisals and purchasing vehicles throughout Central Pennsylvania. Obtaining an appraisal or selling a vehicle to Cramer is not required to enter the Sweepstakes and does not increase an entrant’s odds of winning. Customers interested in selling their vehicles may use the Cramer vehicle submission form separately from Sweepstakes entry.
There will be THREE (3) WINNERS. Each winner will receive a promotional lease on the winner’s choice of an eligible participating:

The exact prize value and complete lease obligations must be disclosed before launch. Vehicle availability is not guaranteed by model, trim, equipment or color. Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if an advertised prize becomes unavailable, subject to applicable law.
Three potential winners will be selected by random drawing from all eligible entries received.

Winners are solely responsible for applicable federal, state and local taxes arising from acceptance of a prize unless otherwise expressly stated. Sponsor may issue applicable tax documentation as required by law.
Sponsor reserves the right, subject to applicable law, to disqualify individuals who tamper with the entry process, violate these Official Rules, attempt to obtain entries fraudulently or interfere with the administration of the Sweepstakes.
Sponsor reserves the right to suspend, modify or cancel the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, events beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control or other circumstances materially impair the integrity of the promotion, subject to applicable law.
Information collected for Sweepstakes administration will be used to administer the Sweepstakes, verify eligibility, contact potential winners and fulfill prizes. Entering the Sweepstakes should not automatically enroll an entrant in marketing SMS communications. Any separate consent to receive promotional calls/texts/emails should be presented separately and handled in accordance with applicable law. See Cramer’s Privacy Policy for additional information.
Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of a prize may constitute permission for Sponsor to use a winner’s name, likeness and prize information for promotional purposes without additional compensation, subject to the final attorney-approved rules. Any releases and limitations of liability are subject to applicable law.
Final governing-law, venue, dispute-resolution and limitation-of-liability provisions should be inserted by Pennsylvania counsel.
